I spent last weekend at a scrapbook retreat in Flagstaff, Arizona. It is about a 2 hour drive north of Phoenix. We drove up on Friday afternoon and the weather was a bit cloudy, but no rain or snow. We had heard that Flagstaff was supposed to get some snow during the weekend, but imagine our surprise when we woke up and found A LOT of snow had fallen overnight.
We had one lady who had never seen it snow before. Needless to say, she went out and played in it for quite a while! It was beautiful. By the time we were getting ready to go back home on Sunday afternoon, it had already started to melt.We all had a great time at the retreat. I didn't get a lot done, but I have a great time visiting and checking out everyone's projects. It is always fun to get away with friends and "scrap" the weekend away.
